Mahamadou’s new shirt

Like my fellow blogger over at the Ghana page, I’m getting the kit fever. With Mali set to kick off their 2008 ACN we might as well get an idea for what kind of threads they will be sporting. After some hunting around I have come across this new kit:

Does it remind anyone else of this U.S. jersey:

Oh well, I still like it. The Mali kit that is. Not sure if the away version is the exact same just in white or not. I guess we’ll find out pretty soon. What do you think about the new kit?

Update: Guinea ended up wearing a different Airness kit then the one that was previewed so this Mali kit might not be the one we see come tomorrow as well. So don’t quote me on this one being the game jersey.
